RETURN POLICY

Every item must have a receipt and/or packaging with barcode and product information.

Flower

Flower and pre-roll sales are all final.

Cartridges

Cartridges may only be returned or exchanged by reason of manufacturing defect within 48 hours of purchase.

Concentrates

Concentrate sales are final.

Batteries

Batteries must be returned with the charger within 48 hours of purchase.

Edibles and Tinctures

Edibles and tinctures may only be returned with at least 75% of the product remaining and if the product has expired, contains mold, or other contaminants within 48 hours of purchase.

Topicals

Topical sales are final.

We do not accept returns of any product on the basis of taste or undesired effect.
