CULTIVATORS
Our cultivation team is hard working, careful, with an understanding of safety measures and procedures. We look for team players who are able to understand and execute directions well. We seek out self-motivated individuals who have the ability to work alone but also as a team. Our growers work together to manage water and nutrient schedules, keep track of light systems, while abiding by state and county safety guidelines. This team works hard to keep the rooms clean and gives special attention to each grow room, as well as each and every plant and attends to their needs. Cultivation experience is not necessary but ideal nonetheless.
